One of the more enthralling short stories I've ever read - and at the price of $0.00, probably the best value. I've heard nothing but good things about Howey and his books so I figured I'd take a run through the series. I like a nice short book now and then, so I'm not too opposed to reading these.
Wool is a unique and gloomy glimpse at a controlled, miserable life. It's intentionally vague about many things, but yet still builds an impressive amount of history and world into such a short piece of literature. It suffers from it's lack of length in that it can't go into more detail about a lot of things, but I venture to guess these will be explored more in the future books.
And again, for free, it's pretty solid.
